During halftime of last night's epic Alabama vs Georgia National Championship game, Kendrick Lamar took the stage at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia rocking his first Nike collab, the Cortez "Kenny 1".
At the end of 2017, we announced that K Dot would be releasing a new sneaker with Nike.
This sneaker boasted one word embroidered on the side of the sneaker. The same message is written on the side of the shoe in Chinese.

The latest look, which was previewed in December and is confirmed to release this month, features a white leather upper with embroidery and details inspired by the artist's double platinum-selling "Damn" album. If these Fragment collaboration Cortez shoes are a sure thing, they'll definitely lead the silhouette all the way to the top this year.
Other accents include a black nylon tongue with a woven label that pairs the "Damn" logo with a Swoosh and a Nike logo on the heel.
According to Nike, the Cortez Kenny 1 will retail for $100, and will be available on the SNKRS app, and at select Nike retailers.
